Discovery & Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, budget, and vision. You’ll walk us through the space and share what’s working, what’s not, and what you hope to change. From there, we’ll provide early feedback and discuss next steps. This stage sets the tone for a thoughtful, well-aligned project.

Design & Planning

If you already have plans or a designer, we’ll jump right in and collaborate with your team. If not, we’ll connect you with trusted design and architectural partners we work with regularly. For smaller projects that don’t require full plans, we’ll guide you through finish selections and recommend materials that fit your budget and style.

Detailed Proposal & Contract

Once the vision is clear, we’ll develop a detailed scope of work and project estimate. We’ll walk you through every line item, make adjustments as needed, and ensure everything aligns before moving to contract. Our goal is to eliminate surprises later by getting aligned now.

Pre-Construction Coordination

After the contract is signed, we’ll submit for permits, finalize your schedule, and order materials. You’ll receive access to our client portal, where you can view timelines, construction logs, photos, and communications all in one place.

Construction Begins

This is where everything comes to life. Our crew and subcontractors show up on time, keep the site clean, and work with the attention to detail we're known for. We hold regular check-ins and keep you updated so you always know where things stand.

Final Walkthrough & Project Wrap-Up

Once construction is complete, we’ll walk the space with you, identify any final touch-ups, and complete inspections. We’ll also share maintenance tips, warranty information, and ensure you’re completely happy with the result before we close out the project.
